Hospital Information Management
OmniCare
One system for the whole hospital: clinical, pharmacy, diagnostics, billing, and your workforce.
OmniCare runs the whole hospital on your own server: patient registration, OPD and IPD visits, clinical orders, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, theatre, billing, and insurance claims. Staff attendance and payroll are part of the same system, not a second application to reconcile with.
Every speciality, one patient record
From the front desk to the operating theatre, each department works in its own module while sharing a single patient chart.
Patient registry
MRN, multiple identity documents, duplicate detection, attachments, custom fields, and a complete audit history.
OPD and IPD visits
Walk-in visits or future appointments, with doctors restricted to the departments and branches they are actually assigned to.
Patient queue and waiting-room display
Token queues for consultation, laboratory, and radiology, published to waiting-room screens without revealing patient identity.
Clinical encounters and orders
Consultations, referrals, and normalised orders for medication, laboratory, radiology, procedures, and therapy.
Surgery and theatre
Theatre scheduling with room and equipment collision checks, WHO Sign In, Time Out and Sign Out checkpoints, and structured operative notes.
Procedures and physiotherapy
Procedure worklists from scheduling through to completion, with their own rooms and equipment.
Pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology
The revenue-critical departments are first-class modules, not afterthoughts bolted onto a billing screen.
Pharmacy
A prescription queue with partial dispensing, batch-level stock deduction, expiry tracking, controlled returns, and automatic billing handoff.
Laboratory
Physical specimen and container identity, unique accessions and barcodes, rejection and recollection tracking, and result verification before anything is released.
Radiology and imaging
Accession-based scheduling, modality assignment with overlap prevention, study and series metadata, reporting, and immutable PACS identifiers.
Stock and purchasing
Purchase orders, goods receipts with lot and expiry, and an immutable stock ledger behind every movement.
Billing that matches what was actually done
Charges are raised by the department that did the work, so nothing is missed and nothing is billed twice.
Service and tariff catalog
One catalog covering consultations, medications, laboratory, radiology, procedures, surgery, rooms, and consumables, with multiple price lists.
Invoicing and payments
Check-in invoices, fixed or percentage discounts, part payments, and duplicate-charge protection across every module.
Insurance claims
Claim batches, payer responses, linked resubmissions, and remittance reconciliation.
Corporate accounts
Company account statements, ageing reports, and finance follow-up exports.
Attendance and payroll, inside the same system
Hospitals run on rosters. OmniCare manages your staff the same way it manages your patients, so there is no second system and no exports between them.
Staff attendance
Biometric device punches, manual corrections, and an exception queue for missing, late, or early records.
Rosters and schedules
Generate, edit, and export duty rosters, including the overnight and multi-day shifts that round-the-clock departments depend on.
Built-in payroll
Approved attendance feeds payroll directly, with allowances, deductions, leave handling, and pay runs that lock once approved.
Employees and departments
Staff records, department assignments, and branch-level access, shared with every clinical module.
Built for hospital IT
Security, auditability, and language support are part of the product rather than a customisation.
Multi-branch and multi-tenant
Run several hospitals or clinics from one installation, with strict data isolation between them.
Roles and permissions
Process-level permissions enforced on the server, with a SuperAdmin role kept separate from ordinary administrators.
English and Arabic
A complete right-to-left interface, and printed documents that follow the language and direction of the user.
Audit trail
Every clinical and financial change is recorded, along with who made it and when.
Configurable printing
Editable layouts for every document type, branded with your hospital profile and uploaded logo.
Backup and restore
Scheduled database backups, with restores guarded by permission and an automatic safety copy taken first.
System requirements
64-bit Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Server 2016 and later. Administrator rights required. 8 GB RAM and 20 GB free disk space recommended.
The installer sets up its own database. There is nothing else to install.
