The most common way to punch. Fingerprints are saved once and sent to the devices of the employee's branch.

A card number on the employee record works on any device with a card reader.
Mobile phone

How a device connects
- Point the device to the VeriTime server address and port.
- Approve the new device in VeriTime and give it a branch.
- Employees of that branch, with their fingerprints, faces and palms, are sent to the device.
- Punches come back by themselves and show in the reports.

Any shift pattern
Fixed, rotating, split, and open shifts, assigned per employee, department, or branch.
Overnight and multi-day
Shifts that cross midnight are attributed to the day they started, so night crews are counted correctly.
Grace periods
Decide how many minutes late still counts as on time. One definition drives reports, exceptions, and pay alike.
Overtime your way
