Time, Attendance & Payroll
VeriTime
Attendance that bends to your rules, across every site you operate.
VeriTime installs on your own Windows server and turns biometric punches into approved timesheets and pay. Shift rules bend to how you actually work, and remote branches connect their devices straight over the internet, with no VPN and no separate server for each site.
Rules that bend to your business
Most attendance systems force you into their idea of a working day. VeriTime lets you describe yours.
Any shift pattern
Fixed, rotating, split, and open shifts, assigned per employee, department, or branch.
Overnight and multi-day
Shifts that cross midnight are attributed to the day they started, so night crews are counted correctly.
Grace periods
Decide how many minutes late still counts as on time. One definition drives reports, exceptions, and pay alike.
Overtime your way
Dedicated overtime in and out punches, approved by a supervisor before any of it reaches payroll.
Manual corrections
Add or fix a punch when a device is down, with a full record of who changed what and when.
Exception review
Missing punches, late arrivals, and early leaves land in a review queue where each one is approved or rejected.
Built for more than one location
Run one VeriTime server and connect every branch to it, whether that branch is next door or in another city.
Devices over the internet
Attendance terminals push their punches to your server over an ordinary internet connection. No VPN, and no server to maintain at each site.
One system, many sites
Every branch shares the same employees, rules, and reports, while keeping its own devices and schedules.
Automatic synchronisation
New employees, fingerprints, and device users reconcile on their own, and a device that uploads the same records twice never creates duplicates.
Device management
Approve a device, assign it to a branch, and watch its connection status from a single screen.
From punches to pay
Attendance only matters once it reaches the payslip. VeriTime closes that gap inside one system.
Leave management
Paid and unpaid leave types overlay the attendance calendar, so an approved leave day is never counted as an absence.
Holiday calendars
Company-wide or branch-specific holidays apply automatically to schedules, reports, and pay.
Locked payroll runs
A run reads approved attendance for a period, and the same employee can never be paid twice for the same days.
Allowances and deductions
Fixed or percentage-of-basic recurring items, prorated correctly when someone joins or leaves mid-period.
Ready for a real deployment
The parts you only think about after go-live are already in the box.
Branch-level data access
Each user sees only the branches assigned to them, on every list, report, and export.
Roles and permissions
Fine-grained permissions on every action, enforced on the server rather than merely hidden in the interface.
English and Arabic
A complete right-to-left interface, with reports and exports in whichever language each user chose.
Reports and exports
Attendance, punctuality, overtime, and payroll reports, exportable to Excel and PDF.
Scheduled backups
Automatic database backups on your own schedule, with a guarded restore that always takes a safety copy first.
Works without internet
The server needs no outside connection to run. Nothing is loaded from a CDN, and no data is sent anywhere.
System requirements
64-bit Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Server 2016 and later. Administrator rights required. 8 GB RAM and 20 GB free disk space recommended.
The installer sets up its own database. There is nothing else to install.
